The CanDo Digi-Squeeze Hand Exerciser is a foam hand exercise ball. Squeezing the ball helps develop isolated finger strength, coordination, and flexibility. This is important when rehabilitating conditions such as carpal tunnel, arthritis, stroke, fractures, tendon injuries, nerve lacerations, tennis elbow, and more.
For ease of use, each Digi-Squeeze has indentations to facilitate proper finger and thumb positioning. There are also markings that help optimize use for both left- and right-handed users.
