GM First Aid Kits Inc. is committed to professionalism when it comes to customer information. This means that under no circumstances will customer confidential information be disclosed to any other party. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, or purchases made will remain confidential. This information will be used solely for communication purposes between our two parties, to promote our promotions, or to offer you new products.

RETURN OF GOODS

Returns are accepted for items regularly held in store. No returns will be accepted for special orders, personal hygiene products, or products worn directly on the skin.

Before returning a product, the customer must obtain a return number that confirms authorization for the return. No returns will be accepted without this return number.

For returned products, a 15% restocking fee will be charged to the customer. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Return requests must be made within 30 business days of the invoice date for the merchandise in question. No returns will be accepted after this period.

The refund will be issued once the merchandise is returned to the store in the same condition as when it was shipped. Shipping charges incurred during the initial shipment will not be refunded.

If a product is delivered in error, the shipping costs will be covered by GM First Aid Kits Inc. and a credit note will be issued to the customer's account. No restocking fees will be charged. In addition, we will attempt to send you the correct product.

Breakage or Defect: If you find that the equipment is broken or defective, you must notify us within 5 working days of receiving the product. After this period, returns will not be accepted.

HOW RETURNS WORK

• In order to return products, you will need to provide:
• The name of the person or company who made the purchase
• The invoice number with its total amount
• The reason for returning the equipment.

If you spend $75 or more before taxes, delivery is free. For small orders under this amount, a flat rate delivery fee of $12 applies. We are a small business with limited delivery resources, so if your delivery address poses logistical challenges, we will contact you to find the best possible solution.
