The proprioception discCanDoMimics the movement and shape of an inflatable ball when used on a seat. Use it on the floor as a disc for balance exercises, proprioception, and lower limb strengthening. Each disc has a textured side for tactile feedback and stimulation, as well as a flat side. The cushion inflates and deflates with a standard pump. The disc color is for aesthetic purposes only; there is no correlation to resistance.
