Exercise ball

The exercise ball helps strengthen wrists and fingers while improving dexterity. Squeezing the ball generates muscle contraction followed by relaxation, promoting hand rehabilitation. Allowing for a wide variety of grip and dexterity exercises, it is ideal for relieving acute and chronic pain, as well as strengthening muscles weakened by injuries, surgeries, carpal tunnel syndrome, or arthritis. This ball specifically targets the muscles of the wrist, fingers, and thumb flexors. Can be used as a stress ball.
